(Translated) A tremendous sense of hope was born in me the day I met Iola N., head of the MeetKeyPeople Project. Through the network of adopted Vietnamese, I had the pleasure of receiving a message from Iola, who connected me with the French newspaper Libération, which was seeking testimonies from adoptees during the Vietnam War, on the anniversary of the fall of Saigon in 1975. A remarkable article faithfully retraced the beginning of my life—from the orphanage to France, via the United States, following a plane crash.
I am extremely grateful for Iola’s commitment to me. True to her values and her energy in helping Vietnamese women reunite with their children, she registered me on her website, Meet Key People, to double the chances of reunion—for myself and all adoptees in search of their identity.
Thank you, Iola.
