Creative and Business Incubator

Gemstones need to be cut and polished by a skilled professional, who knows how to bring forth their natural beauty. Ideas need improvement, incubation, evaluation and action. Only then will they resemble a priceless diamond.

Meet Key People offers a flexible and comprehensive program spanning 12 months, tailored to fit around your work commitments. It provides practical opportunities and a comprehensive set of benefits for artists and entrepreneurs aged 18 to 99.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in our program.

    1. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in the Creative and Business Incubator program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions,
    as well as any additional guidelines or rules provided by the incubator.

    2. Program Description: The Creative and Business Incubator offers tailored support for artists and entrepreneurs across various creative industries:
    • Entrepreneurs and Tech Developers: Receive mentoring, assistance with grant applications, marketing support, access to resources and spaces for their startups, help in developing a pitch deck and business plan, producing at least one proof of concept, equity deal possibilities, and membership to MKP.
    • Actors and Dancers: Enjoy up to 32 hours per month of tailored mentoring, assistance with self-tapes, access to spaces and some equipment free of charge, professional portfolio including headshots and showreel, credited roles in at least one feature film (distributed in the UK), representation opportunities, and complimentary MKP membership.
    • Film Directors, Writers, and Producers: Receive up to 32 hours per month of mentoring, a full portfolio including ready-to-go scripts and TV bible, grant application support, access to resources including spaces and equipment, professional headshots and showreel, credits, production of at least one professional short film based on their own script, representation opportunities, and MKP membership.
    • Singers, Songwriters, and Music Producers: Benefit from up to 32 hours per month of mentoring, access to resources including professional recordings and spaces/equipment, professional headshots, production of at least one professional music video and one EP, representation opportunities, potential music publishing deals, and MKP membership.
    • Video Game Developers and Animators: Receive up to 32 hours per month of mentoring, grant support, assistance with pitch decks and business plans, access to resources, development of a proof of concept, at least a credit on a long-form project, potential paid job offers, and MKP membership.
    • Fashion Designers: Enjoy up to 32 hours per month of mentoring, access to the photography studio, production of at least one proof of concept, a portfolio, professional photos, assistance with marketing, and MKP membership.
    3. Eligibility: Participation in the Creative and Business Incubator is open to artists and entrepreneurs aged 18 and above.
        Applicants must submit an application form and may be subject to a selection process.

    4. Duration: The duration of the program is 12 months, unless otherwise specified. Participants are expected to commit to the full duration of the program.

    5. Fees: Participation in the Creative and Business Incubator may require payment of fees.
        These fees cover program costs and are non-refundable. In the event of termination from the program,
        participants will still be obligated to fulfill any outstanding financial obligations, including program fees, until the end of the 12-month period,
        unless they have chosen to pay the program fees in full upfront.

    6. Confidentiality: Participants may be exposed to confidential information during the program.
        You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by fellow participants, mentors, or the incubator staff.

    7. Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property rights.
        However, by participating in the program, you grant the Creative and Business Incubator a non-exclusive license to use your name, likeness,
        and work for promotional purposes.

    8. Code of Conduct:
    • Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
    • Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior, including theft, will not be tolerated.
    • Theft of any kind, including intellectual property, physical property, or proprietary information, will result in immediate termination from the program and may be subject to legal action.
    • Participants are expected to respect the intellectual property rights of fellow participants, mentors, and the incubator staff.
     9. Termination:
  • The Creative and Business Incubator reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the incubator staff.
  • In the event of termination from the program, participants will still be obligated to fulfill any outstanding financial obligations, including program fees, until the end of the 12-month period, unless they have chosen to pay the program fees in full upfront.

     10. Disclaimer: The Creative and Business Incubator makes no guarantees regarding the success or outcome of your participation in the program.
     Participation is at your own risk.

     11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the UK law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

     12. Changes to Terms: The Creative and Business Incubator reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
     Participants will be notified of any changes and are responsible for reviewing the updated terms.

By enrolling in the Creative and Business Incubator program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
